Flagstaff Wild Pty Ltd provides high level advisory services and dispute management and conciliation services to the construction, development, infrastructure and resources sectors. The group is led by Bill Wild, a senior figure in the Australian contracting industry, with more than 40 years' experience in construction and mining. Bill has worked on some of the largest and most complex projects and held management and senior executive roles in Australia, Asia and the Americas.

Flagstaff Wild's advisory services include assistance with company, business and project start-ups and turnarounds, and provision of strategic analysis and advice. Bill has had extensive experience with company start-ups and restructuring and with acquisitions and mergers in the construction sector.

Flagstaff Wild provides engineering support directly or through Flagstaff Consulting Group (FCG). FCG is an engineering consultancy that was established in 1995, specifically to service the infrastructure sector. It now provides a full suite of engineering services across a wide range of industry and public sectors.

Bill’s expertise in dispute management is in achieving the best outcome for his client, whether by early involvement, negotiation and conciliation with the parties in dispute, or as a last resort, arbitration and litigation. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) and John Jarndyce’s List (JJL), Mediators & Conciliators.
